All our Wills are personally prepared by lawyers which means a lawyer personally revies your answers to ensure your Will is perfectly tailored to you. Other online will services prepare a standard form that is manipulated by code which limits the questions they can ask to prevent errors. 

If your assets are simple (ie you do not manage any Companies or Trusts) and you do not have step-children then select the Sprout Will or Sow the Seeds Package. This is our basic Will or DIY Will service.

If your assets and liabilities are held in Trusts or your own a Company or would like a conference with a Lawyer, then select our Blossom Will or Water the Plants Package. 

If you require more advance estate planning for complex assets or to protect vulnerable beneficiaries (such as with a disability or who may require protection from bankruptcy or a divorce) then select our Evergreen Will or Harvest the Fruit Package.

Yes and no. Whilst we may be a little more than other online Will service providers, our Wills provide greater flexibility and contingencies and also offer free Will signings and safe storage. Additionally, if you select our Blossom or Evergreen Wills, you also have a conference with a lawyer who will provide you with in-depth advice about your Will now and into the future. 

So whilst our Wills may be slightly higher, the value you receive is invaluable and will limit your need to amend your Wills in the future.

Yes but only if they are correctly witnessed. That is why we offer to witness and sign your Wills as part of our fee. We do not want you to waste your time and money if the Will cannot be made legal.
