Online Will

Whether you need a simple DIY Will or a more complex management of your assets, we provide personalised guidance and peace of mind.

Our Back to Basics Will is suitable for those with straightforward assets and family dynamics. If you have a Company, Trust or children from different relationships, then this Will is not suitable for you as it does not give you sufficient advice to prepare your Will.

Our Tailored Will is more suitable for those with  a Company, Trust or children from different relationships. This Will involves a more in-depth appointment with a lawyer who will prepare our documents and run through them to ensure they work for you.

To get started - choose the online will that suits you best, complete the form, pay and we will have the document(s) ready for you in 2 business day - all from the comfort of your home.

What makes our online Will different? It's not create by a bot - each document is personally prepared by our lawyers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at (03) 5292 3637 or hello@taylorlegal.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.

All our Wills are personally prepared by lawyers which means a lawyer personally revies your answers to ensure your Will is perfectly tailored to you. Other online Will services prepare a standard form that is manipulated by code which limits the questions they can ask to prevent errors.

Unfortunately not. The online Will is designed for those that have straightforward assets and family dynamics. It sounds like you fall out of this category and require additional advice and structuring of your Will. Please choose the Tailored Will option or call us on (03) 5292 3637 to make an appointment to see one of our lawyers.

Yes and no. Whilst we may be a little more than other online Will service providers, our Wills provide greater flexibility and contingencies and also offer free Will signings and safe storage. So whilst our Wills may be slightly higher, the value you receive is invaluable and will limit your need to amend your Wills in the future.

Yes but only if they are correctly prepared and witnessed. That is why we offer to witness and sign your Wills as part of our fee. We do not want you to waste your time and money if the Will cannot be made legal.
